I have recently had the privilege of experiencing sound healing by both Sarah & Amanda. Both experiences were fabulous. The moment I lay down I felt a sense of calm wash over me. Sarah & Amanda are both skilled at using the singing bowls to create a symphony of sound that resonates deep within my soul.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Amanda and Sarah, and it was such a wonderful experience. Their presence alone made us feel at ease, and as soon as the sound bath began, we were all immediately transported to a state of calm. The soothing sounds from the crystal bowls and other instruments helped us all relax deeply, allowing us to release the stress we didn't even realize we were holding onto.

It was amazing how much lighter and more focused we felt afterward. Everyone left the session feeling more grounded and rejuvenated, and the positive energy lingered throughout the day. It was the perfect way to recharge and reset during our busy workweek.

We highly recommend AQHC Sound Bath's to anyone looking for a unique, calming experience. It was a true gift to our team, and we can’t wait to do it again!

Having done many workshops and weekly meditation classes for the last 12 months with both Sarah and Amanda, I am blown away by their amazing energy and teachings. I am truly grateful for all that they share and have taught me and I love the continuous expansion of learning they provide.

Muugi,

Sarah and Amanda's sound baths are very good at helping children regulate their emotions. Children become self-reflective and can link emotions to the situation, without feeling the pressure to share. This becomes a proactive tool going forward. Children and adults find this a relaxing experience and are always intrigued by the use of the bowls and the feelings that come up.
